рецепт буда, но как готовить я не цспеваю в коммент наб

boudans de campagne

40%de tetes de porc cuites , 20% de lard de gorge, 20 %de sang de porc, 10%de hain rassis ou de croutes 10 % d'oignons. epices par kg 16 a 18g le sel,2g de poivre blanc, u1g de noix de muscade, 0,5g de piment, 0,25g de clou de girofle/0,25 g de cannelle.
couper le pain en moceaux, velanger au sang et lasser tremper. etuver legerement les oignons dan saindoux
